I knew that the second I started doing the 30DS workout and setting my mind on exercising regularly etc, something bad would happen.
On Wednesday I misstep on a pavement and sprained the outside of my right foot. I still managed to complete Day 2 of Level 1 of 30DS that same evening, however since then it’s been very painful to walk, let alone do any other movements. So unfortunately I had to skip the workout yesterday and now have to wait few more days before I start exercising again (according to a doctor).
I am very, very annoyed with this situation, as I’ve been so determined and motivated to do the whole workout programme from start to finish and just exercising in general (believe it or not)! It also annoys me that when I feel better, I will have to start from the beginning as these two days will no longer count.
I will still try however do some general exercises that don’t require my feet too much (abs, mild yoga etc). I feel like I’ve let myself down though! :-(
